QPAC to Resume Hosting Free Green Jam Sessions

Do you work in Brisbane and want to chill out a bit before you make the trip home after another long week of work? The Queensland Performing Arts Centre (QPAC) have today confirmed that they are resuming their free Green Jam Sessions on the Melbourne Street Green every Friday afternoon from March 6th 2015 to May 15th 2015. These sessions will begin at 5PM, with each week featuring a new performance undertaken by students from Griffith University’s Queensland Conservatorium. It is hoped that they will impress and entertain crowds while showcasing their skills with a repertoire of jazz standards, contemporary grooves and laid back funk.

The Green Jam Grill is also set to cook up a range of delicious snacks to further help you chill out to the beats coming from the stage, whilst the bar will also be stocked with beverages. Of course, these additional extras will be available at a charge.
