Bandai Namco Music Live Inc. has announced that VTuber Kurone Yousagi has released her third digital single, Twinkle Twinkle Little Wing, under the Lantis label. Following her previous singles Acchuu-Ma! and Window, Kurone Yousagi seeks to continue her exploration of the “yami-kawa” (dark-cute) aesthetic through music. This latest track concludes a three-month release streak. She also recently hosted her online 3D concert Flap on YouTube on 27 March.
Twinkle Twinkle Little Wing was composed, arranged, and written by Mamoru (nhhmbase), who has previously worked with idol groups such as You’ll Melt More! and Lyrical School, and on game titles including Taiko no Tatsujin. The song’s accompanying pixel art visuals were created by ahiru-hitsuji, who has contributed to music videos for VTuber Suo Sango from Nijisanji.
Kurone Yousagi described her enthusiasm for the track in an official comment:
Twinkle Twinkle Little Wing is my third original song! Personally, I think it’s going to be perfect for live performances—I’ve got high expectations! The part I really want you to notice is right before the chorus when I go, ‘Wah!’ in a mischievous kind of way! It’s a classic, high-energy track that anyone can vibe to, so listen to it a ton!
