As the years go by, the variety of manga offered by publishers outside of Japan has increased. This growth is not only in the type of titles and authors having their works localised but also in the genres. While previously you may have seen more works of the shounen variety, in recent years there have been more offerings in niche genres such as yuri.
Offering a sampling of different works from different authors and illustrators, Seven Seas Entertainment has published Syrup: A Yuri Anthology Volume 1, which includes works from Milk Morinaga (Girl Friends), Kodama Naoko (I Married My Best Friend to Shut My Parents Up), and Yoshimurakana (Murciélago) among others.
This collection explores the many different ways women navigate their love for each other while dealing with the ups and downs of working life. This 180-page anthology is now available via physical and digital channels, priced at $13.99 USD or local equivalent.
