Adding another title to their Summer 2015 anime season line-up, North American anime publisher Sentai Filmworks have confirmed that they will be officially and legally streaming School-Live! as of this month.
Based on the source manga by Norimitsu Kaiho and Sadoru Chiba, School-Live! is a zombie slice of life comedy which takes place in a high-school that, for reasons unknown, is surrounded by zombies. Rather than do the traditional thing and go immediately into survival-horror mode and risk life and limb to survive, the four survivors decide to live at the school until help arrives.
This series is being directed by Masaomi Ando, with series composition by Norimitsu Kaiho and character designs by Haruko Iizuka. Animation production will be handled by Lerche, who is also working on the current season of monster girl anime Monster Musume (Also licensed by Sentai Filmworks).
A home video release for School-Live! is planned for sometime in the future.
