Australian anime publisher Siren Visual have today opened preorders for their release of Queen’s Blade: Exiled Virgin which is set for release in the region on the 16th October 2013 at the standard price of $49.95. In an update the company claimed they recently visited their authoring house to see how this release was coming along, which they described as looking and sounding superb.
“Queen’s Blade” is a tournament held every four years to determine the leader of the land. Beautiful and highly deadly women from around the continent join the battle in hopes of toppling the current Queen, Aldra. Among the contestants is Leina, a countess with rights to the throne. She must travel the land to accumulate the skills and friends necessary to survive the tournament and win the Queen’s Blade.
While Siren Visual have been omitting extra content from their releases over the last couple of months, they hit back with a number of on-disc goodies including:

- Clean Opening and Ending Sequences
- Voice Actor Interview
- Tokyo Anime Fair Event Footage
