Living in Australia? Thinking that there are not enough events for you to meet other fans of anime, games, manga et cetera? Well! Here is something else to add on your calendar. I recently came across this event known as Neko Nation. This is a big party that is based around the concepts of anime and games – Which of course means one hell of a night of gaming, watching the latest anime, cosplaying, Japanese music and socializing and expanding your network of friends further! But I am sure to some at least, the highlight would be the catgirls serving free sushi during the night!
The poster to my left is just for the Adelaide event which is being held on the 3rd of September at 9PM, however if you visit their official website HERE, they have listings for other Australian states such as Brisbane’s on the 12th November and Melbourne’s on the 8th of October. Also, whilst this is a fun event, it is more likely then not (Given the time at the very least) going to be for over 18’s only.
Keep an eye on their official website above for updates, however they have an active Facebook page HERE for you to ask any questions or get any news as it happens. For example, it was just recently announced that Siren Visual have become national sponsors of the event!
