Siren Visual have just announced that physical copies of Angel Beats have just arrived in their office (See picture to the left) and the stock should be shipping “soon”. How soon is “soon” has yet to be determined, however there is something more interesting.
Whilst their lips are tightly sealed at the moment about what they are actually going to be, they have stated on their website that some of the pre-orders being sent will include extra bits and pieces, no doubt related to the series. Previously their limited pre-order inclusions have been limited edition lithographs or collectors items similar to that.
I look forward to hearing what bonus items people get, so do send me a message if you get something spectacular. This title is officially slated to be released alongside Dennou Coil on the 23rd of September, however due to this recent announcement we may see them released much sooner.
This is the English dubbed version but will also contain the Japanese dub with English subtitles. There is a blu-ray version of the series which is due out in November for Australia, if you can hold on that long.
