While they have handled a couple of other indie video games in recent months, the team at Mr. Tired Media (Helmed by former NIS America staffers Ryan Phillips and Nick Doerr) have come to the point where they are ready to announce their first internally developed project.
Starting today, the company have launched their Kickstarter campaign for a visual novel dungeon crawling RPG by the name: Undead Darlings ~No Cure For Love~. Designed with a Japanese aesthetic, this game follows the journey of protagonist Reginald “Reggie” P. Happenstahnce and a group of cute zombie girls. With a cure for the zombie plague in hand, this group seeks to take it to someplace safe where it can be mass-produced. The PC release of Undead Darlings ~No Cure for Love~ currently has a pledge goal of $50,000 – with $5,572 from 125 backers currently raised as of this post. There are also additional stretch goals on offer including voice acting (Partial VA – $80,000 / Full VA – $125,000 / Union VA – $350,000), a PlayStation 4 edition (Digital – $100,000 / Physical – $250,000), a PlayStation Vita edition (Digital – $225,000) and a free DLC character ($175,000)
