Wrapping up their week of acquisition announcements, North American anime publisher Sentai Filmworks have confirmed that they now hold the rights to Nobunaga the Fool, a 24-episode sci-fi fantasy series currently airing within Japan. This title features direction by Eiichi Sato (Slayers Next, AD Police) with series composition by Shoji Kawamori (Macross Zero, Aquarion), original character designs by Yone Kazuki (Hakuoki, Hiiro no Kakera) and animation production by Satelight (AKB0048, Bodacious Space Pirates).
While committed to releasing a physical edition of Nobunaga the Fool in the unspecified future, the series is set to be aired via digital outlets soon if not already.
