Bethesda has announced that the online multiplayer RPG Fallout 76 is currently free to play for a limited period. Running through to 24 December, this event has been timed to coincide with the launch of the second season of the Fallout television series on Prime Video.
Access to the game includes all content updates released to date. Players can download the title through their respective platform marketplaces – such as the Xbox Store and the PlayStation Store.
The free access period allows users to explore the full game world, construct C.A.M.P. bases, and engage in multiplayer activities. The publisher has confirmed that any progress made during this week-long event will be retained should players choose to purchase the full game after the trial concludes.
