Bandai Namco Entertainment America Inc. has released the first paid DLC for Once Upon A Katamari, titled the “Katamari Damacy Series Dance Dance Remixes”. As you may be able to tell from its title, this DLC adds new music (and cosmetic items) drawn from across the long running series. The content is available now as a separate purchase.
The DLC focuses on music remixes in collaboration with DEN ON BU, featuring five tracks from the EP “Denonbu Katamarespect”:
- “Ball of Love” – Shinpei Nasuno Remix
- “LONELY ROLLING STAR” – picco Remix
- “Red Rose with Gun & Tonic” – HARETOKIDOKI Remix
- “Moon & Prince” – Tatsunoshin Remix
- “Katamari On The Rocks” – hirihiri Remix
Alongside the audio additions, players can expand their character customisation options with 10 accessories taken from previous entries in the series. These include items such as Licky Licky Candy, Candy (Head), Cape and Flying Kite, with several more included in the pack.
To coincide with the launch of the DLC, all players are being granted a free Saki Hanami Cosplay Set for the Prince. This cosmetic set is available regardless of whether the paid DLC is purchased.
