North American manga publisher Manga Mavericks has confirmed they will be on the show floor at New York Comic Con 2025 from 9 to 12 October at the Javits Convention Center. Visitors can find Manga Mavericks Books at Booth 2242, where the team plans to sell a selection of print and digital releases alongside a small range of convention extras.
The company will host a one hour panel on Sunday 12 October 2025 from 12.45 pm to 1.45 pm in Room 1C03. Staff will outline how Manga Mavericks evolved from a podcast into an indie manga label, preview upcoming releases, highlight content from partner Red String Translations, and tease a few announcements with prizes planned for attendees.

BONDS, Vol. 1 by Zenzo. Set in an alternate take on Journey to the West, it follows early tensions between Son Goku and Sanzo as a fragile partnership is tested.
ALTERNATIVE [SELF LINER NOTE] by Chiaki Yagura. Framed as an introspective creative diary, it grapples with the pressure of legacy and the fear of leaving work unfinished.
Zigoku’s Foreman, Vol. 1 by 9banta. The series introduces Mizuchi, a former human turned demon foreman in hell, whose crew would rather do anything than their assigned construction jobs, despite his magic sword and brute strength.
Senpai no Kohai by Hanakage Alt. The story follows Sayuri Terazono, who unexpectedly crosses paths with her former kohai Risa years after graduation, reopening memories and questions that never quite settled.
In addition to books, the booth will stock Zigoku’s Foreman and ALTERNATIVE [SELF LINER NOTE] bookmarks, plus a Zigoku’s Foreman mini poster that features a special original illustration by creator 9banta.
