Rhythm roguelike action game Ratatan from developer TVT and publisher Game Source Entertainment is now live in Early Access, having launched worldwide on Friday. The shift from preview to release follows a pre-launch livestream on 14 September that outlined pricing and a slate of updates planned for the months ahead.
The stream featured voice actors Tomokazu Sugita and Hika Tsukishiro alongside game designer Hiroyuki Kotani and producer Kazuto Sakajiri. The team reiterated that feedback from the recent demo informed a range of fixes and adjustments for the Early Access build.

A three-beat roadmap accompanies the launch. A late October update is set to add Super Fever skills, Ratatan upgrades, headwear for Cobuns and random events. December will introduce Dark Ratatans and new scenarios. Spring 2026 is planned to bring console versions alongside an update that lists console compatibility, a New World and Pets, with further system tweaks and improvements slated between these milestones.
Ratatan is priced at $24.99 USD or 24.50 EUR for Early Access. A 10 percent launch discount is in effect for the first 10 days after release, offering an introductory saving for early adopters.
