Two Point Museum is taking curators on a magical new adventure with the release of its first DLC, Fantasy Finds. This new content pack introduces a medieval fantasy twist to museum management, complete with enchanted exhibits, quirky new staff, and dungeon-worthy challenges.
At the heart of Fantasy Finds is a new expedition map themed entirely around fantasy lore. Players can uncover and collect 40 unique artefacts such as the Teanie Kettle, the Novel Wardrobe, and a Flying Carpet. These aren’t just display pieces either. If properly maintained, they’ll grant blessings to guests. Neglect them, however, and expect curses to start creeping into your museum halls.
To collect these magical items, players will need to recruit Fantasy Experts, each pulled from classic RPG archetypes: Barbarian, Wizard, Rogue, and Bard. Every expedition presents challenges requiring a mix of attributes like Strength, Dexterity, Intelligence, and Luck. Whether you’re countering a dragon ambush or cracking a magically trapped lock, assembling the right team is crucial for a successful run.
Back in the museum, Fantasy Finds introduces three new guest archetypes, 26 themed decorations and utilities, interactive displays, new wallpaper and flooring options, and even a medieval makeover for your expedition helicopter. Additionally, museum staff can be equipped with Mythical Gear, artefacts that offer gameplay bonuses like extra protection for exhibits or resistance to job termination.
This paid DLC follows on from the free MIA Items and Exhibits update and represents the latest step in Two Point Museum’s steady stream of post-launch content. Check out my full review of the base game for my comprehensive thoughts of Two Point Museum.
