Independent developer Silent Games together with publisher Secret Mode has offered a new look at its upcoming action RPG Empyreal during the Twitch Galaxies showcase. The latest gameplay footage, which features Twitch streamers Kinggothalion and DatModz, sets out to highlight the game’s tactical combat and the dangerous automatons that await within the monolith at the heart of the story.
Empyreal is set to release on 8 May 2025 for PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S. A free demo is currently available on Steam for those looking to preview the game ahead of launch. Empyreal will be available for £24.99 / $29.99 / €29.99, with a 10% launch discount to be offered as well.
Described as a complex and challenging action RPG, Empyreal tasks players with exploring an ancient monolith filled with secrets and formidable enemies. Combat is designed to be intricate, rewarding mastery and strategic thinking. Players will meet a cast of characters with their own questlines, multiple endings, and deeply embedded narrative arcs.
