Lost Skies, a cooperative open-world survival adventure developed by Bossa Games and published by Humble Games, is scheduled to launch into Early Access on Steam from 18 April 2025.
Set in a world of floating islands above the clouds, Lost Skies invites players to explore solo or in cooperative groups of up to six. The game offers a mix of exploration, puzzle-solving, shipbuilding, and large-scale combat, all framed within a survival-lite structure intended to avoid overly punitive mechanics.
Players can construct and customise their own skyship, serving both as a mobile home and a base for combat. Navigation is aided by a grappling hook designed for fluid movement, while wingsuits allow for gliding between environments. The game’s world includes four distinct islands populated with ancient ruins, secrets, and large-scale enemies.
Early Access will provide players with an opportunity to shape the direction of development while experiencing the core gameplay systems.
