Rebellion has launched new downloadable content for Sniper Elite: Resistance, introducing the Vercors Vendetta Mission and Weapons Pack. This new addition expands the game’s storyline while providing players with new weaponry. Alongside this, Rebellion has also released free content for all players, including the Fairburne’s Armoury Weapons and Skins Pack and two new multiplayer maps.
The Vercors Vendetta Mission and Weapons Pack continues the narrative of Sniper Elite: Resistance, tasking players with preventing the deployment of a deadly Nazi nerve agent. Despite previous efforts, a final cache of the Kleine Blume agent remains, now weaponised and ready for launch. Players take on the role of Harry Hawker in an effort to neutralise the remaining threat before it can devastate multiple locations across France.
The DLC also introduces two new weapons: the M1941 Rifle and the Armaguerra OG-44 submachine gun. The M1941, originally used by the U.S. Marine Corps, features a high-capacity rotary magazine for fewer reloads. Meanwhile, the Armaguerra OG-44 is an Italian submachine gun designed with a recoil mechanism that minimises vertical recoil.
The Vercors Vendetta Mission and Weapons Pack includes:
- The Vercors Vendetta Campaign Mission
- M1941 Rifle
- Armaguerra OG-44 Submachine Gun
In addition to the paid DLC, all players can access the Fairburne’s Armoury Weapons and Skins Pack at no cost. This update includes two character skins along with two weapons—the M.1903 Rifle and the M1A1 Gov. submachine gun. The M.1903 Rifle was widely used during the Allied invasion of Europe, offering high muzzle velocity and long-range capabilities. The M1A1 Gov. submachine gun, firing .45ACP rounds, is powerful at close range but has a heavy build and limited iron sight visibility.
The Fairburne’s Armoury Weapons and Skins Pack includes:
- M1A1 Gov. Submachine Gun
- M.1903 Rifle
- Field Jacket Character Skin
- Lieutenant Karl Fairburne Character Skin
The update also expands the multiplayer experience with two additional maps. Players can now battle in the Sniper Elite: Resistance-exclusive St. Raymonds adversarial map, as well as the returning Flooded Village No Cross map, originally featured in Sniper Elite 5.
