SEGA recently shared a new NGS Headline, its program dedicated to informing players about the present and future of Phantasy Star Online 2 New Genesis. The update covered current operations, upcoming content, and in-game campaigns, including the limited-time Spring ’25 event and the ongoing PSO2 Global 5th Anniversary celebration.
The PSO2 Global 5th Anniversary is currently being celebrated in-game, offering a Rare Drop Rate +100% boost across all quests, as well as special weekly gifts and Spring ’25 Special Scratch Tickets through 1 April 2025.
Until 18 March, the Big Bang Scratch Ticket (Silver) has been added to the Scratch Count Bonus. The following day, players can take on limited-time quests to earn Star Gems, N-Meseta trade items, and Big Bang Scratch Tickets (Silver).
Additionally, on 11 March, the Revival AC Scratch Ticket: Multi Remix Line will introduce a variety of returning customization items, including eyes, eyelashes, makeup, and body paints.
The limited-time Spring ’25 event began on March 5, bringing seasonal decorations to Central City and themed attire to Region Mags. Players can encounter special event creatures like Hululu Rappy, Hululu Emperappy, and Hululu Great Rappy while collecting Seasonal Points to exchange for rewards. A refreshed version of the limited-time quest Flurry of Flowers Clean-up Op ’25 features new enemies, updated Trials, and refined mechanics. Completing this quest during the event period grants Treasure Scratch 8 Tickets. Players will also face formidable foes like Petalstorm Thunder Banser and Petalstorm Thunder Banshee.
