Tickets are now available for pre-sale for the upcoming Melbourne production of the beloved musical Annie, which will open at the Princess Theatre on 10 July 2025. Produced by John Frost for Crossroads Live, this new production of Annie will feature an principal cast of some notable names in Australian musical theatre, including Anthony Warlow reprising his role as Oliver “Daddy” Warbucks. Joining Warlow in this production is Debora Krizak as Miss Hannigan, the orphanages tough matron, Mackenzie Dunn as Lily St. Regis, Keanu Gonzalez as Rooster Hannigan, and Amanda Lea LaVergne as Grace Farrell. They will all perform alongside a group of children from each host state, filling the shoes of the titular protagonist and her orphan friends.
Producer John Frost expressed his excitement about bringing Annie back to Melbourne, noting the strength of the cast and the production team:
