The production of Season 3 of the TV anime Oshi no Ko has been officially confirmed. A visual and a special video have been released to commemorate the announcement, offering fans a glimpse of what’s to come. Further updates on the upcoming season are expected sometime in the near future.
Furthermore, the final episodes of Season 2 also saw new characters join the chronology. Mamoru Miyano will voice the enigmatic Hikaru Kamiki, while Hina Kino will lend her voice to Tsukuyomi. Both actors have shared their thoughts on joining the series.
Mamoru Miyano, who voices Hikaru Kamiki, expressed his excitement:
I never thought that I would be able to appear in 【OSHI NO KO】, so this is a great honor.
I hope to cherish the worldview of this series that so many people are looking forward to, while facing my role of the mysterious and enigmatic “Hikaru Kamiki”
Hina Kino, voicing Tsukuyomi, added:
Thank you for watching the last episode! I’m Hina Kino, and I voice Tsukuyomi. Even though I voiced her, it was quite difficult as there were many things I didn’t know about her, but I paid attention to the gap between her childlike appearance and the words she uses when voicing her. 【OSHI NO KO】, a series where various elements overlap and blend together to create an increasingly fascinating story. Please look forward to what developments the future holds!
In addition, B-KOMACHI’s new song POP in 2, featured in episode 24, has also been released (above) along with its official choreography video.
The first two seasons of Oshi no Ko are now available to stream officially via HIDIVE.
