Fan’s of Capcom’s 2012 release ‘Dragon’s Dogma’ can expect to see the first expansion for the game released this April, with Dark Arisen to provide players with a whole new challenge when they land on the cursed Bitterblack Isle and come face to face with a host of fearsome new enemies. Capcom have today released their first trailer for the title, which in its minute and a half length showcases what you will be up against if you venture Bitterblack Isle.
Beware of the aptly named Death and his trademark scythe, one hit from which will send the Arisen to his grave; be ready to dodge the Eliminator’s mighty hammer or extinguish the Pyre Saurian’s fiery attacks and be prepared to take on the rest of the enemies that inhabit this blighted realm. Oh, and don’t forget to watch out for Maneaters hidden in chests!
Dragon’s Dogma: Dark Arisen is set to launch in late April 2013 with both physical and digital editions to be made available for the Playstation 3 and XBox360. Both editions will include the full game alongside the content, and returning gamers will receive a number of additional goodies upon purchase – 100,000 Rift Crystals, unlimited Ferrystones and the Gransys Armour Pack containing six new costumes for both the Arisen and Main Pawn to wear.
