Claudiu Kiss To Release New Restoration Sim Game, The Repair House, This Month

Claudiu Kiss, known for the creation of the popular PC Building Simulator, is launching a new game named The Repair House later this game. The game, which presents players with an array of modern-day and vintage items to restore, is slated for release on PC via Steam on July 19.

The Repair House sets out to offer players an immersive simulation of restoration, involving dismantling, cleaning, fixing, customizing, and selling a variety of items. These items range from musical instruments and toys to game consoles and arcade cabinets. Players are encouraged to be meticulous in their approach, disassembling each item to its individual components, restoring and reassembling it. Through this process, the game aims to provide an opportunity for players to learn and perfect the art of restoration.

The game also allows players to create a personalized environment within their repair house. Players can arrange their tools and workspace to suit their style, unlock new equipment, and expand their working area to welcome more challenging restoration tasks. Additionally, the game features a painting station where players can apply colour, spray, stamp, and stencil designs on their restored items, adding a creative flair to the restoration process.

Another one of the game’s key features of the game is the opportunity to bid for unique items at an auction house and explore old barns in search of rare finds. Players can also visit flea markets to uncover hidden gems and restore them for profit. Take a chance and bid for abandoned storage lots with mystery contents, figuring out what they have to offer from the outside only. Will you end up with far more than you paid for… or far less?

Commenting on the game’s impending release, Rob Feather, Product Manager and publisher Fireshine Games had this to saay:

Claudiu’s experience in the repair genre has brought so much to the game, and we’re hopeful that the array of objects, locations, mechanics and customisation options available in The Repair House will gives players an experience that they can relax with and enjoy. Disassembling each of the in-game objects is compelling, appealing to the curious minds of players who want to discover their inner-workings. We’re really excited for players to start their own workshop and build the ultimate repair house later this month.

Key promoted features of the game include:

  • Run your own repair house in a relaxing repair and restoration game from the original creator of PC Building Simulator.
  • Discover a range of unique items to repair, customise and restore, including musical instruments, arcade cabinets, antiques, toys and more.
  • Visit auction houses, barns and flea markets, and bid on storage units to discover profitable items to restore.
  • Customise your workspace and advance your level to become the ultimate repair house.
