Electronic Arts studio Visceral Games have today announced that their first big blockbuster launch of 2013, Dead Space 3, will feature functionality with the Kinect system for the XBox360 video game console. The all-new Kinect functionality they hope will further immerse players into the Dead Space universe by allowing players to use simple voice commands to help a friend from the onslaught of horrors and thrills that await them in this new adventure. Dead Space 3 featuring Kinect should make it easier for co-op partners to give each other health or ammo, find objectives, revive one another and more then the game launches in February 2013.

The voice commands in Dead Space 3 give players a unique way to take down the terror, whether they choose to face the Necromorphs alone in single-player, or alongside a friend with drop-in / drop-out co-op. Dead Space 3 is set for launch on the PC, Playstation 3 and XBox360 video game consoles from the 7th February 2013.
