Following its recent screening during this years Reel Anime event and recent physical media release in North America by Sentai Filmworks, you may be wondering when Madman Entertainment will be releasing Children Who Chase Lost Voices to the Australian market. While nothing can be completely confirmed yet, it seems like they are looking at a March 2013 release on DVD and Blu-ray.
As with the North American release, you should expect to see a Hybrid dub – with the English voice cast including Hilary Haag (Fuko Ibuki – Clannad) as Asuna Watase, David Matranga (Tomoya Okazaki – Clannad) as Ryuji Morisaki and Leraldo Anzaldua (Takashi Komuro – High School of the Dead) as Shin.

Now, with Children, Shinkai affirms his place as one of animation’s most original voices.
