Stella Deus to Be Released as New Playstation 2 Classic This Week on North American PSN

-

Stella_Deus_-_The_Gate_of_Eternity_CoverartIn their latest weekly installment of “The Drop” which details new additions to the Playstation Store, Sony Computer Entertainment’s senior social media specialist Rey Gutierrez confirmed a brand new niche Playstation 2 Classics title to be made available this week.

Published by ATLUS USA back in 2005 and 505 Games (PAL Regions) in 2006, Stella Deus: The Gate of Eternity was a tactical role playing game that at the time was apparently moderately well received (I can’t say much on my own opinion – I never managed to track down a copy) and features a number of well known people in its development team – Shigenori Soejima, Hitosho Sakimoto and Myo Mizuno to name a few.

A hand-drawn strategy RPG from the creators of Hoshigami: Ruining Blue Earth. Features include more than 50 hours of tactical gameplay, including sidequests, recruitment drives, and story-based missions, in addition to a multitude of different team attacks and customizable fusion-based item creation.

This release will be digital download only, and may only be available in the North American market at this point in time.
