Two new trailers have been released for Ghost of Yōtei, covering separate additions arriving as part of the game’s Complete Edition.
The first trailer covers Most Wanted, a new combat survival mode built around testing player strength and resilience. The mode pits players against waves of enemies alongside new boss encounters, with a range of incentives tied to progression. Rewards include new weapons, cosmetics and playable characters that can be unlocked. Most Wanted arrives on Friday 2 October.
The second trailer, shown during State of Play Japan, focuses on the Echoes of Sekigahara expansion. The narrative trailer looks at Atsu’s past and her experiences during the Battle of Sekigahara. The broadcast also featured Atsu’s Japanese voice actor, Fairouz Ai, who discussed her approach to the character, memorable moments from the role and her return for this chapter of the story. Echoes of Sekigahara releases on Thursday 1 October.
