Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Arcade: Wrath Of The Mutants Ninja Edition to Launch in October

Master Splinter and Casey Jones will become playable characters in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Arcade: Wrath of the Mutants Ninja Edition, an expanded version of the arcade beat ’em up launching exclusively for Nintendo Switch 2 on 9 October 2026. The Ninja Edition will offer improved performance and visual quality, running at 1080p in handheld mode and 4K while docked. It will also support 60 frames per second and HDR, alongside faster loading times, reflection effects, anti-aliasing, enhanced lighting and dynamic shadows.

Players can tackle the game alone or through four-player local cooperative play. In addition to Master Splinter and Casey Jones, the playable roster includes Leonardo, Raphael, Donatello and Michelangelo from Nickelodeon’s 2012 Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles animated series. The four Turtles are voiced by their performers from the television series, including Seth Green as Leonardo, Sean Astin as Raphael, Rob Paulsen as Donatello and Greg Cipes as Michelangelo.

Inspired by earlier TMNT arcade releases such as Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Turtles in Time, Wrath of the Mutants follows the group as they battle the Foot Clan across locations including Coney Island and Dimension X. Their campaign ultimately leads to a confrontation with Shredder. The game contains six stages and 13 boss battles. This includes three stages and six boss encounters that were not featured in the original arcade release. Each character has a unique super attack, while collectible tokens can be used to summon mutant allies during combat.

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Arcade: Wrath of the Mutants Ninja Edition is being developed by Cradle Games and Raw Thrills, with TRAILMARK Games serving as publisher.
