Expanding their game’s reach to new regions and markets, Fellow Traveller and developer Jump Over the Age have confirmed that a free localisation update for Citizen Sleeper 2: Starward Vector will roll out on 29 October 2025. This update adds French, Japanese and Simplified Chinese language options across PC, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S and Nintendo Switch.
Co-created by the publisher and developer, they claim that these new localisations seek to preserve the key themes and tone. The update arrives with platform parity and at no additional cost, and is positioned as part of ongoing support following the game’s launch.
Set in the Starward Belt, Citizen Sleeper 2: Starward Vector follows an escaped Sleeper whose failing body pushes them to secure a ship, recruit a crew and take on contracts while managing relationships and risk. Its structure blends character-driven storytelling with a dice allocation system that introduces tactical stress management, and the new localised text is intended to keep those beats intact.
