The wrestler Armor King has been added to the Tekken 8 roster today as part of the Season 2 Character Pass, returning under the “Dark Supernova” moniker. His storyline once again centers on vengeance for his fallen brother after his pursuit of justice in The King of Iron Fist Tournament was cut short when the competition disappeared amid G Corp’s reign of terror.
Across the narrative, rival fighter King attempts to halt the cycle of hatred, but Armor King remains resolute. “I will have my revenge. No matter what.” The character now fights using a forbidden technique passed down by his brother.
Players can pick up Armor King via the Season 2 Character Pass or the Season 2 Character and Stage Pass, with a standalone purchase option also available. He is the third character released in the pass, joining Anna and Fahkurmam, and will be followed by Miary Zo in December 2025.
