Synergy to Leave Early Access on 16 April with Full Launch on PC

Leikir Studio and Goblinz Publishing have announced that Synergy, their ecosystem-focused city builder, will officially exit early access and launch in full on 16 April 2025. The game will be available on Steam, GOG, and the Epic Games Store, priced at €24.99, with a 24% launch discount during its first two weeks of release.

Set on an unfamiliar planet, Synergy tasks players with building and managing a sustainable colony. Rather than focusing on combat or conflict, the game encourages exploration, careful environmental management, and strategic city planning. Inspired visually by the artwork of Moebius, the game offers a calm yet challenging experience where survival is achieved through balance and discovery.

Players must study their surroundings to expand their Knowledge Book, send citizens on expeditions, and carry out research in both technological and cultural fields. City building centres around nine distinct district types, each offering development bonuses. Citizens’ well-being remains a key consideration throughout, as their happiness directly impacts the community’s progress.

With a major update headlining the transition from early access to full launch, players can look forward to several new features as part of the Version 1.0 update, including:

  • A default campaign comprising three scenarios
  • Additional plant species and buildings
  • Improved resource production systems
  • Enhanced temperature and water mechanics
  • Refined visuals and user interface
  • Newly implemented trading mechanics
