Indie label Fellow Traveller has confirmed the return of LudoNarraCon, its annual narrative-focused digital festival, taking place on Steam from 1 to 5 May 2025. The event will offer fans a range of playable demos for upcoming story-driven games, alongside a schedule of talks and discussions featuring well-known figures in games and media. One of the highlights includes a fireside chat between Lucy James (Friends Per Second) and Sam Lake, Creative Director at Remedy Entertainment.
Playable demos and game discounts will be available until 8 May. This includes the return of the Story-Rich Megabundle, offering a curated collection of ten narrative games at a discounted rate of 87 percent.

Fellow Traveller will showcase a lineup of both upcoming and recently released titles. These include Kulebra and the Souls of Limbo, Scrabdackle, Wander Stars, and Nirvana Noir, alongside newer releases such as Citizen Sleeper 2: Starward Vector, Afterlove EP, and 1000xRESIST.
LudoNarraCon 2025 will also feature approximately 15 hours of main stage programming, including five fireside chats, nine panel discussions, and two demo streams. Notable participants confirmed include:
- Sam Lake, Creative Director at Remedy Entertainment (Max Payne, Alan Wake, Control)
- Tony Howard from Black Tabby Games (Scarlet Hollow, Slay the Princess)
- Xalavier Nelson Jr. of Strange Scaffold (I Am Your Beast)
- Adam Vian from SFB Games (Crow Country)
- Remy Siu, founder of sunset visitor 斜陽過客 (1000xRESIST)
Panel topics include “How to make an old school narrative driven game appeal to a modern audience,” “Empathising with difficult characters,” and “Dark Comedy: the art of writing real, relatable and funny stories in games,” with additional talks and speakers to be announced.
