Bethesda has launched Fallen Banners, the latest dungeon pack for The Elder Scrolls Online, along with Update 45, a free base-game patch, for PC and Mac players. Console players will receive both updates on 26 March.
The Fallen Banners DLC introduces two new four-player PvE dungeons, Exiled Redoubt and Lep Seclusa, each featuring unique storylines, challenges, and boss encounters. Players can earn exclusive item sets, collectibles, and achievements as they progress through these new dungeons. Access to Fallen Banners currently requires an ESO Plus membership, though additional purchasing options will become available later this year.
Alongside the new dungeon content, Update 45 brings various enhancements to the base game, including visual improvements to starter zones, increased mount speeds, reworked Craft Champion stars that no longer require manual slotting, and improved visibility for Mundus Stone boons.

In addition to these updates, ESO is running the Cyrodiil Champions PvP test campaign from 24–31 March. This test introduces predefined classes with locked abilities and gear, aiming to improve performance and balance in the game’s open-world PvP environment.
March also marks ESO’s 10-Year Anniversary Guild Celebration, running from 12–21 March. The event includes a Guild Summit where community leaders will engage with developers, as well as in-game rewards for players.
Looking ahead, Bethesda has also confirmed they will reveal future plans for ESO in the 2025 ESO Direct on 10 April 2025.
