Croteam and Devolver Digital have announced that The Talos Principle: Reawakened, a reimagining of their 2014 puzzle game, will be released on 10 April. Ahead of its launch, a demo is now available for PC players as part of Steam Next Fest.
This definitive edition of The Talos Principle introduces an Unreal Engine 5-powered visual overhaul, along with quality-of-life improvements, new accessibility features, and an additional chapter that expands on the game’s philosophical narrative.
When The Talos Principle: Reawakened launches on 10 April, it will be available on PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S.
The demo offers players a preview of the game’s redesigned world, featuring a medieval environment with a selection of intricate puzzles. Key mechanics from the full game, such as laser connectors, force-field jammers, and pressure plates, are included. Additionally, players can experiment with the fully-featured Puzzle Editor, which allows for the creation of custom challenges and encourages modding within the community.
