Fans of classic arcade action can now get their hands on the physical edition of Marvel vs. Capcom Fighting Collection: Arcade Classics for Nintendo Switch and PlayStation 4, bringing a lineup of iconic fighting and side-scrolling games to modern consoles. The collection will also debut on Xbox One as a physical release in 2025.
This compilation features seven titles from Capcom’s arcade history, including:

- X-Men vs. Street Fighter

- Marvel vs. Capcom: Clash of Super Heroes
- Marvel vs. Capcom 2: New Age of Heroes
- The Punisher
Enhancements in this release include online play with ranked, casual, and custom matches supported by rollback netcode. Players can also climb global leaderboards, practice with the training mode, and enjoy spectator mode to watch matches. Accessibility features such as one-button specials and adjustable difficulty levels ensure a welcoming experience for newcomers and veterans alike.
Beyond gameplay, the collection offers bonus features like a music jukebox, an in-game museum with artwork and historical details, display filters to emulate retro visuals, and the ability to save progress in single-player modes.
