In the newly released trailer for The Legend of Zelda: Echoes of Wisdom, fans are introduced to the Still World and Princess Zelda’s swordfighter form. The trailer showcases the game's premise, of Princess Zelda, rather than Link, embarking on a quest to save Hyrule from mysterious rifts that lead to the Still World, a place filled with floating fragments of Hyrule and various challenges. Aiding her in this journey is the ethereal creature Tri, who grants Zelda the ability to enter these rifts and wield the Tri Rod, allowing her to create "echoes" to solve puzzles and defend against enemies. The trailer also reveals Zelda's new swordfighter form, which enables her to directly attack foes, although this power is limited and requires collecting energy to sustain. Along her journey, Zelda will encounter allies like the engineer Dampé, who can craft automatons to assist her. With the power of the Tri Rod and her swordfighter skills, Princess Zelda sets out to confront the dangers that threaten Hyrule in this epic new adventure. This latest instalment in the long-running series is set to launch 26 September for the Nintendo Switch.
