After almost two and a half years following the base game release, FROM Software released their standalone expansion to 2022 Souls-like hit, Elden Ring. Titled Elden Ring: Shadow of the Erdtree and available on all supported platforms as both DLC and as a bundled release with the base game, developer FROMSoftware and publisher Bandai Namco Entertainment have celebrated strong sales.
In the first three days following the release of Elden Ring: Shadow of the Erdtree, 5 million units were sold worldwide. According to them:
