Marvelous Europe together with developer Vile Monarch has announced that their latest game project, an alchemy simulation game known as The Last Alchemist, is only a couple of months out from launching on the PC via Steam. The game is set to launch on the platform starting 12 July 2024 at a price of $19.99 USD or local equivalent.
In The Last Alchemist, players take on the role of the titular alchemist, building a workshop, solving puzzles through alchemical practices, and interacting with the native Agari folk. The game features a world is at your disposal, filled with resources, secrets, and various items such as peculiar plants, fungi, and minerals. Players will extract essences from these items, combine them, and discover properties needed to explore the game’s world further.
As you progress, you will be able to expand your workshop and improve your production quality, with the assistance of the Agari, cute but cryptic mushroom folk, that will help you find the cure for your mysterious disease.
The Last Alchemist will be available on Steam for PC starting 12 July 2024
