Merge Games, in partnership with Frozen District has announced that on 25 August 2023, House Flipper – Pets Edition will be released to retail stores on both the Nintendo Switch and PlayStation 4 platforms. Containing the full base game of the house renovation simulation game, the pets edition introduces a range of pet companions from dogs and cats to turtles and parrots, in addition to a plethora of new items, décor accessories, and properties ready for your next big project.
House Flipper – Pets Edition allows players to bring 13 breeds of dogs and cats, as well as rabbits, turtles, parrots, and hamsters into their newly (hopefully lovingly) crafted homes. Players can care for these new friends while designing their ideal forever homes.
The new edition also brings an exclusive set of brand-new items and décor accessories for players’ properties. These include creating a super soft and cosy bedding space, play area, and more to keep the player’s pet companion content and comfortable.
In addition, players will discover new properties in need of renovation, from houses with inviting attics and terraces to expansive two-story countryside homes. The game also allows players to set up a pet hotel in the picturesque landscape of Cozy Village, catering to a variety of animals. Essential elements like water dispensers, feeders, and unique demands come into play to ensure smooth operation and happy residents.
Promoted features of this edition include:
- Original base game – become a one-person renovation machine in ‘House Flipper’
- Buy, repair and remodel devastated houses, giving them a second life and sell for profit!
- ‘Pets’ DLC introducing 13 popular dog and cat breeds, along with other domestic animal species like rabbits, turtles, parrots, and guinea pigs
- More than 800 new unique items and decorations
- 11 new ranch-themed properties and orders to complete
