Hopefully having learnt something from the rather lacklustre release of Disgaea 6, although clearly not bidding farewell to the newly introduced 3D art style, Nippon Ichi Software has confirmed they are working on Disgaea 7 (魔界戦記ディスガイア７), with a planned Japanese release date of 26 January 2023 on the PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5 and Nintendo Switch.

The “Hinomoto Demon Realm”
The “Grudge Spring Demon World” where the souls of the spirits of the grudge spirits gush out as hot springs, the “Sardine Demon World” that exists inside the body of a super-duper space sardine, the “Dead Land Demon World” with its fascinating maelstrom that has turned many demons into sea debris, and more. ……
In this world, which is made up of many unique demon worlds, many of the inhabitants follow the “Bushido,” a belief that is not unlike that of demons.
But that was a long time ago. With the arrival of the Kaijikai Army led by Demon Admiral Opener, Hinomoto has changed.
The demons living in Hinomoto now live according to the “Hinomoto Destroy Laws” established by Opener.

He is self-described as “allergic to humanity,” and when he becomes aware of human affection, friendship, or sympathy, he faints in agony and vomits blood due to a rejection reaction.

She is a serious geek of the Japanese demon world, and tries to make the others follow her false view of Bushido.
