Final Fantasy XIV: Endwalker – Reaper Limit Break Looks Awesome!

While I had no intention of playing Reaper in Final Fantasy XIV: Endwalker, given that my gaming style heavily favours the game’s four healing classes, I must admit that stylistically, the class is catching my eye. In this edition of Take That (In-Game) Snap, take a look and the small visual quirk featured in the class’ Level III Limit Break animation, with your character fusing with their avatar from the void as they deal tremendous damage to all foes that lay ahead of them. I have barely levelled up Reaper past the initial Level 70 starting point, so this could be something that happens more frequently in a character’s rotation. However, gotta admit, it is pretty damn cool looking!

Developed by Square Enix, Final Fantasy XIV Online is now available on the PC and PlayStation 4 – with PlayStation 5 backwards compatibility support. The online game features a photography mode known as GPOSE, which you can read about in more detail HERE.

Take That (In-Game) Snap Daily Photo is an off-shoot of the Take That (In-Game) Snap article series. This looks at, celebrates and critiques how video game developers have implemented professional photography-like systems into their games. It will cover how the systems handle, just how accessible they are and, where applicable, how a modding community might be making these tools even better. With this Daily Photo spin-off series, I will be sharing individual photos from the games either covered or soon-to-be-covered in the series.
