Earlier this month, Nintendo released the first (and presumably, only) paid downloadable content for Animal Crossing: New Horizons. Titled Happy Home Paradise (See review here), the update is focused less on the game’s simulation mechanics. Instead, it provides greatly improved home design systems and a narrative/setting to foster players’ creativity through building vacation homes for the game’s 400+ characters.
Three adorable TV commercials are running for Happy Home Paradise in Japan, which I argue are the perfect pick-me-up for anyone after a quick burst of cuteness. These three videos focus on the new additional content and the experiences in New Horizons Version 2.0 during Autumn and Winter – both underway and coming up for Northern Hemisphere islands.
