After several years of post-launch development, Nintendo has announced the the final playable DLC character is Sora from Square Enix and Disney’s RPG franchise, Kingdom Hearts. Sora will be made available as part of the ver 13.0 update which rolls out on the Nintendo Switch exclusive fighting game from 18 October 2021 – and can be downloaded immediately via Fighters Pass Volume 2 (Priced at $29.99 USD or local equivalent) which also grants access to Min Min, Steve & Alex, Sephiroth, Pyra / Mythra and Kazuya or as a separate standalone purchase.

In addition to announcing Sora as the final downloadable character for Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, the 11th Line-up of Mii Costumes were also unveiled, featuring the likes of Octoling and Judd from Splatoon and Doom Slayer from Doom Slayer.
