Bandai Namco Entertainment has confirmed over the weekend that an enhanced version of the originally Nintendo 3DS exclusive life simulation game – Disney Magical World 2 – will be headed to the Nintendo Switch on 3 December 2021. Under the title Disney Magical World 2: Enchanted Edition, younger players (and Disney fans alike) will be able to build a life alongside Disney characters, explore Disney-themed worlds and engage in a variety of activities and mini-games.
In Disney Magical World 2: Enchanted Edition, players will begin by creating their own in-game avatar and choosing from thousands of customization options to fully express themselves. Upon beginning their adventure, players will be greeted by Mickey Mouse and friends and settle into Castleton, where they will make their homes and meet colourful personalities. These new residents of Castleton will gradually become acquainted with their friendly neighbours and gain access to mysterious portals, which lead to new worlds with even more characters to befriend.
Players will get access to six differently themed worlds including those based on Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs, Frozen, The Little Mermaid and more – with each planned to be home to a range of activities and thematic mini-games. Overall, players will be able to express their creativity through the likes of interior decorating, cafe management and more.
