Open Beta to Commence for Guilty Gear Strive on 19 February

Arc System Works and Bandai Namco Entertainment has confirmed a limited-time open beta test for upcoming 2D fighting game Guilty Gear -Strive- will commence on 19 February 2021 at 4.00am CET. The test will run for a period of two and a half days, concluding at 3.00pm CET on 21 February 2021.

The test will allow participants to try out thirteen of Guilty Gear -Strive-‘s playable characters, and use them against both AI-controlled fighters and other players. The Open Beta will support cross-play between PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5.

Two and a half days not enough for you to sample everything Guilty Gear -Strive- has to offer? Interested players can register via the game’s dedicated beta testing website for an opportunity to get 24 hours early access to the beta period.

Developed by Arc System Works and published by them in the United States and by Bandai Namco Entertainment in Australia and European markets, Guilty Gear -Strive- will be launched on the PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5 and Windows PC on 9 April 2021.  Players buying the PlayStation 4 version will be able to receive the PlayStation 5 version for free.
