See your healing-magic familiar-summoning scholar as more of an actual scholar? Do you just like the look of school uniforms and wish you could dress up your Warrior of Light as one? Square Enix has today updated their Final Fantasy XIV Online Store, providing access to two new glamour costumes for the online game: Collegiate Attire (Slacks) and Collegiate Attire (Skirt). Priced at $18.00 USD apiece for a single character, you will receive three items in each set – a Blazer, Slacks/Skirt and Shoes.
Unlike many previously released cash shop costumes for Final Fantasy XIV, there is no gender lock on either set. Therefore, you have the right to decide whether your character wears a skirt or pants. Official descriptions and screenshots for each can be found below:
Collegiate Attire (Slacks)
Transform yourself into a school-ready student with this collegiate costume. Black slacks and shoes are accompanied by a light grey blazer, the muted shades complementing the beige vest underneath. A loosely tied necktie eases the severity of the look, and the emblem on the breast pocket adds a splash of color. Customization options abound! The emblem can be redesigned as a crest, and all three pieces─blazer, slacks, and shoes─can be dyed.
Collegiate Attire (Skirt)
