With Microsoft being first cab off the rank to announce specifications of the Xbox Series X including a formal release date, pricing and a separate model; it should come as little surprise that Sony Interactive Entertainment is close behind with these details. It was been announced that the next PlayStation 5 showcase will take place this coming Thursday morning at 6.00am AEST.
While specifics around exactly what will be covered during this event are not yet known, Sid Shuman (Senior Director of SIE Content Communications) shared this insight:
Our next digital showcase will weigh in at around 40 minutes, and feature updates on the latest titles from Worldwide Studios and our world-class development partners.
