Tom Felton to Reprise Draco Malfoy Role in Harry Potter and the Cursed Child on Broadway

Date:

Actor Tom Felton is set to return to the role that made him a household name, as he steps back into the shoes of Draco Malfoy in the Broadway production of Harry Potter and the Cursed Child. This limited 19-week engagement will run from 11 November 2025 to 22 March 2026 at New York’s Lyric Theatre.

Felton, who portrayed Draco Malfoy throughout all eight Harry Potter films, will be appearing in the stage continuation of the story, which takes place 19 years after the events of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows.

Ticket pre-sales for Felton’s Broadway run will begin at 11:00 AM ET on 10 June. However, those interested in early access must join the official ticket list prior to 5:59 PM ET on 9 June to be eligible. Sign-up is required even for those already subscribed to the production’s mailing list. You can sign up HERE.

Note that the Broadway production of Harry Potter and the Cursed Child is the abridged ‘Magic Reimagined’ version, re-staged as a single 3 and a half hour show, rather than the original four-act, two-part play.
