Following a tour which took them to the United States and London’s West End, the Australian group The Tap Pack are bringing their “high-octane, tap comedy show” to their home country once again. Their tour will begin starting next month, and run until at least late-July 2023, with seasons planned in Melbourne (Comedy Theatre), Canberra (Playhouse, Canberra Theatre Centre), Brisbane (Playhouse, QPAC) and Sydney (Studio, Sydney Opera House).
Picking up with the Rat Pack left off, The Tap Pack seeks to “conjure up a modern twist to the crooners and artists from the ‘50s through to the noughties! Featuring songs from Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin and Sammy Davis Jr to Ed Sheeran, Michael Bublé and Beyoncé”.
The Tap Pack consists of Jesse Rasmussen, Jordan Pollard, Thomas J Egan and Ben Brown. They will be joined by Thomas McGuane in Melbourne and Canberra, while Mark Hill joins them in Sydney and Brisbane.
