To be presented in what is being pitched as the “world’s largest Spiegeltent” known as The Arcadia, producers have today confirmed that Channing Tatum’s Magic Mike Live will be headed to Brisbane following its upcoming Melbourne season. This announcement comes as the show is in the midst of its Sydney season. Based on the Magic Mike movies, attendees are being invited to take a seat in the two-storey venue (to be located in Northshore Hamilton) from November 2021, for an afternoon or evening of “360-degree entertainment”.
The show will run for approximately 90-minutes, and seeks to feature “unexpected, temperature-raising acts from a thrilling range of acrobatic and musical talent”, the talent featuring “some of the world’s sexiest, most talented guys”.
With Arcadia being a custom-built venue rather than a regular performing arts venue, the producers have been able to arrange all experiences from the moment you enter. Guests are welcome to arrive early and stay late to indulge in the unique indoor-outdoor atmosphere and specialty cocktails at any of the lobby bars. Bottle service, Champagne, Sparkling Wine or Rosé Wine, and other beverages are available throughout the show and can be ordered right from the guest’s seat. There is also a partnership with Pernod Ricard Australia who are supplying the company’s beverage products within The Arcadia.
The morning after we opened our first production in Vegas four years ago, we all talked about the crazy idea of someday putting Magic Mike Live in a tent and traveling around Australia. The fact that it’s actually happening now is mind-blowing to me. The tent and this new version of the show is more than I ever imagined it could be and I can’t wait for our fans in Australia to see what we’ve created especially for them.
