/hug and /embrace are two of my most used emotes in Final Fantasy XIV, as this Lalafell runs around hugging the legs of every member in their Free Company. It may be commonly used, but it does lead to many a brilliant photo such as this one between myself and long-time friend Mavis. Especially nice is that the height differences (in this case between the tall Viera and small Lalafell) are factored into the emote.
and if you haven’t worked it out already, this Lalafell does approve of warm hugs, loving head pats and much doting upon.
